You’ll work closely with program and project teams, leaders, and staff to deliver fit‑for‑purpose change management strategies, maximise engagement, and accelerate adoption. What We’re Looking For

You’re an adaptable and proactive change professional who enjoys shaping new ways of working and helping people navigate transformation. You’re confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and thrive on creating clarity and connection during periods of change. You’ll also have the following experience and abilities :

  • Ability to lead end‑to‑end change management delivery, from planning and strategy through to evaluation and handover
  • Experience in conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and tailoring responses to maximise adoption and minimise disruption
  • Confidence in designing and delivering change communication, engagement, and training initiatives that support adoption and sustainment
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and speak at an executive level
  • A collaborative approach – you’ll work closely with program and project teams, leaders, and staff to set priorities and deliver on change goals
  • Analytical thinking with capacity to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Experience in reporting on change progress, outcomes, and insights to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement
  • Capacity to mentor and support others, sharing your expertise and promoting best practices in change management
  • Strategic thinking, resilience, adaptability, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Team player, collaborative, and a strong communicator – able to have hard conversations when required and influence outcomes
  • Experience with recognised change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) and large‑scale transformation or ICT‑enabled programs

You’ll hold a relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) and a current Australian Driver’s Licence. Experience in the community services or health sector would be highly regarded.
