Overview
Exciting Opportunity! Join a leading innovator in the manufacturing and distribution of long steel products. The company is Australia\'s only fully vertically integrated steel manufacturer and focuses on scrap metal recycling, providing solutions for a wide range of generators from households to mining and demolition industries. At the Wetherill Park and Minto sites, they focus on aluminum and copper recycling and seek experienced Forklift Drivers with recycling yard counterbalance forklift expertise to assist with essential yard work. Day shifts available from 7 : 30 AM to 3 : 30 PM with overtime opportunities. A supportive, collaborative team that prioritises safety and values meticulous attention to detail is emphasized."
Key Responsibilities
- Sort through recycling bins onsite
- Perform general yard work as needed
- Operate high-reach forklifts safely
- Pack recycled products efficiently
- Engage in manual tasks, including heavy lifting
- Participate in competency-based training
- Maintain and clean the recycling yard
