The Opportunity
Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will enjoy;

• Be in our Age group: 2 years old.
• Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
• Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
• Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development.
• Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
• Professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

To be considered, you must have:

• A completed Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards it)
• Prior experience in long day-care, preferred Leadership experience
• Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
• Current Working with Children's Check.
• Be an Australian Citizen or on PR.

The Centre
Our centre in Tullamarine, has a range of exciting, resource-rich environments – including three spacious outdoor yards. The 110-place centre, which has parking and easy access to public transport, features pergola areas, shady trees, vegetable gardens, natural climbing structures and a range of age-specific ateliers.
With a community-minded team of Educators who have been with the centre for a long time, we are proud to have a culturally diverse team and celebrate a variety of cultures and holidays throughout the year. Children get out and about on regular excursions, so we have a great connection with the surrounding community. We have a lovely park within walking distance of the centre, so all age groups join in.
