As a Leading Angel at CAMILLA, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Boutique, as well as leading your tribe through every collection. This includes rostering, training and hiring with the support of the Head Office tribe as well as delivering an extremely high standard of customer service and fostering close relationships with customers. Overseeing visual merchandising and people management are also included in the role of the Boutique Manager.

Born 20 years ago on the beaches of Bondi, CAMILLA has grown into an international luxury retailer that is taking the world by storm. Our unique pieces resonate with the adventurous spirit within all women, men and children who step foot into our Boutiques.

Our Boutique Manager will be required to :

  • Maintain the highest level of service to our retail customers
  • Have an extensive product knowledge and must be able to act as the storyteller of CAMILLA
  • Lead their Boutique Tribe by example using the CAMILLA values
  • Meet KPI's and coach others to achieve theirs
  • Take responsibility for the Boutiques Visual Merchandising and sensory experience
  • Implement innovative approaches to retain and attract customers
  • Ensure that the Boutique and it's angels are in line with the CAMILLA standards

  • A confident and bright retailer with strong retail experience (2 years minimum)
