About The Opportunity

Bundaberg Regional Council is seeking a multi-skilled Leading Hand - Grader Operator to join the Civil Works team at Kalkie Depot performing maintenance repair and construction activities and leading small work crews to deliver outcomes across roads and drainage projects. A significant portion of the role is to operate a single grader in situations of moderate to high complexity and precision. The role also assists the Supervisor including leading small teams and completing task / project documentation.
