We’re seeking a friendly, proactive team member to join Ultraceuticals as a Junior IT Helpdesk / Support Officer. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT support, assisting employees with troubleshooting, technical guidance, and issue resolution.
This role goes beyond day-to-day ticket management. You’ll have opportunities to develop your technical skills, contribute to internal IT improvement projects, and grow toward more senior responsibilities over time.
Hands‑on experience with technologies such as Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, network and voice systems, and audio‑visual equipment.
Full time role based in our support office in Gladesville with parking available on site.
