Sales Associate - Luxury Timepieces

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join an exclusive luxury timepiece boutique in Sydney on a Full Time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen interest in luxury timepieces.

In this role, you will work closely with a dynamic team to offer tailored experiences for high end clientele. You will drive sales, foster long term relationships with clients, and share your expertise on sophisticated timepieces.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering expert advice on timepieces
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive sales techniques and in depth product knowledge
• Educate clients on the features, benefits, and craftsmanship of luxury timepieces
• Maintain high standards of boutique presentation, ensuring the space is clean, organised, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Work collaboratively with the boutique team to create an exceptional, luxury shopping experience for every customer

Key Skills & Experience :

• Immaculately presented with a keen eye for detail
• Proven retail sales experience, particularly in luxury goods or high end products
• Strong passion for sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable client experiences
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients
• Interest in luxury timepieces or the willingness to learn about sophisticated, technical products
• Experience in the luxury sector is highly desirable; knowledge of watches is a plus
• Full availability through Monday-Sunday during operating hours
