Job Description

  • Answer inbound calls, engage with customers by asking questions regarding their enquiry, assisting them in finding a resolution.
  • Provide expert advice on Telstra products and services that best suit their needs and lifestyle.
  • Provide empathy and understanding to your customers through effective communication skills.
  • Take ownership, show confidence in your ability to de-escalate any customer grievances.
  • Be available when our customers need us, flex to the hours that are required.

Qualifications

Here's what you'll need :

  • Must be able to work full-time.
  • Must be able to work 2 days at home, 3 days at the office.
  • Must be able to attend our 5 weeks paid training.
  • Must be in Adelaide to be eligible for this role.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to listen, empathies, respect and enjoy general chit chat!
  • Open to learning new skills, implementing them, and celebrating your wins.
  • Exhibit resilience, and techniques to allow you to perform at your best.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to easily navigate computer systems.
  • You have a solution-based mind-set, always ready to resolve a problem.
  • Have a fixed internet connection and suitable work from home set-up.
  • Availability to work Monday – Friday between 7 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM
