Right now, we’re searching for standout Front of House talent — Supervisors, Bartenders & Mixologists, Barista and Food and Beverage Attendants ready to bring the energy across our venues. Our lineup includes some of Adelaide’s most iconic spaces: Central Café, The Guardsman, Chandelier Bar, Westward, iTL, The Kitchen, The District, Madame Hanoi, Sol Rooftop, Huami, plus the exclusive VIP Opal and Grange Rooms. You could be shaking cocktails under a show stopping centrepiece, driving the buzz in a packed bar, welcoming guests to sweeping River Torrens views, or delivering next level service to VIPs.

Wherever you land, you’ll work with premium food and drink, collaborate with passionate pros, and help craft unforgettable experiences for guests from every walk of life.

What will you look like?

As a member of our team, the successful candidates will play a pivotal role in elevating our establishment's reputation for excellence in hospitality.

• Bartenders & Mixologists will bring a strong understanding of beverage service, from precision-crafted cocktails to high-volume service during major events.
• Food & Beverage Supervisors will demonstrate proven leadership experience, a hands-on approach, and the ability to motivate and support teams while ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Food and Beverage Attendants will be attentive, approachable, and knowledgeable, with the ability to multitask while maintaining a warm and engaging presence on the floor.

Flexible availability is highly regarded, including late nights and occasional overnight shifts. These roles are ideal for individuals who have previous experience in customer service but be open to adapting to providing the kind of unique service that can only be delivered at our venues.
