Service Administrator

Overview

Commercial Aquatics is looking for a Service Administrator to join our dynamic team in our Balcatta Office.

Supporting our Service Coordinator, this role will provide a fantastic opportunity for the successful applicant to broaden their skillets with varied tasks for both our service and construction departments, along with general administration duties.

Responsibilities

• Service Support : Data entry, directing service calls, allocate and approve service invoices, update maintenance schedules, allocate and approve service invoices
• Procurement : Assisting with ordering of service supplies and service stock, raising purchase orders.
• Construction support : Arranging couriers, printing of drawings, liaise with clients and subcontractor regards system set up
• Administrative Support : Arranging uniforms for the staff, travel bookings, general office amenity orders, assist with tidying of the warehouse and kitchen
