This is an opportunity for a seasoned Master Scheduler or Program Controls professional ready to step into a leadership role. You’ll lead and mentor a team of experienced schedulers, setting governance and control standards across multiple programs to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment in scheduling practices enterprise-wide.
This position focuses on governance and integration – not cost control – ensuring all schedules and frameworks are built and maintained to a high professional standard. You’ll bring structure, uplift frameworks, and embed best practice scheduling disciplines across a busy complex project environment.
Key Responsibilities
About You
You’re an experienced scheduler (ideally with Primavera P6 or MS Project ) who’s ready to take on more – leading people, setting standards, and influencing at an enterprise level. You can see the bigger picture, connect the dots across multiple projects, and thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments. Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and the ability to bring structure to complexity are essential.
