About the Role

  • Use effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders. Maintain the ability to exercise discretion when dealing with confidential or sensitive documentation and / or issues.
  • Examine incoming correspondence, prioritising and taking appropriate action including coordinating timely responses in consultation with the Principal Property Officer, Senior Property Officer and senior management.
  • Provide advice and assist in the preparation of accurate reports on a regular basis to senior management and other internal and external stakeholders as required.
