Description of the role

We’reseeking 2026 Graduates to join our team who realise their future is in Accounting and Advisory but don't have an Accounting based degree.

Join our two-year graduate rotation program, commencing January 2027, to find your sweet spot. You'll have the opportunity to work in Cloud Accounting, Audit and Assurance, and Business Advisory (6-month rotations) prior to moving to your 'home' location in your last six months.

All this whilst also being sponsored to study the Chartered Accountant ANZ Foundations program.

• You'll be completing a Degree in which you can demonstrate your ability to analyse and evaluate technical information
• You’re detail oriented, eager to learn and ready to take on new challenges
• You are excited to gain exposure to a diverse range of clients and industries
• You’re comfortable working independently but also communicate effectively and work well in a collaborative team

What your day might look like

You’ll be given the chance to work directly with our Partners and Senior Managers daily and dependent on which rotation phase you are in you could be:

• Assisting in the preparation of Financial Statements, Tax Returns, FBT returns, BAS and other compliance matters
• Maintain client records and accounts
• Reviewand preparefinancial statements and key documentation.
• Prepareaudit reports.
• Work with computer based programs such as APS, MYOB and Xero
• Letter writing and management of client correspondence
• General administrative duties
