Maan Farms in Upper Corindi, NSW are seeking a skilled Primary Products Assurance and Inspection Officer to join our quality and operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting systematic inspections and quality assurance assessments across cultivation, harvest, and post-harvest processes to ensure compliance with Australian agricultural and export standards.

Benefits

Salary Range : $70,000 - $80,000 per Annum + Superannuation.

Task & Responsibilities

• Inspect, monitor, and assess the quality of harvested produce to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and biosecurity standards.
• Conduct testing and documentation of samples for size, purity, ripeness, and condition.
• Review and audit post-harvest handling, grading, and packing processes.
• Implement corrective actions where quality deviations are detected.
• Maintain detailed inspection and quality control records.
• Liaise with management and field staff to maintain consistent quality outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement in crop handling, packaging, and transport standards.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, workplace health and safety, and export compliance regulations.
