About the role

A Sydney based family are looking for a full-time Head Gardener to maintain their extensive and well-established grounds. Set across 4 hectares it will be hard not to fall in love with this luxury estate and love it as much as they do.

Your role will involve maintaining and enhancing trees, gardens and outdoor spaces. Strong communication and observation skills and the ability to determine seasonal garden plans and follow owners’ directions are essential.

With the owners off-site you will have autonomy to work with another gardener who will report to you.

This will be a perfect move for an experienced person keen to move from a casual position and gain full-time employment with 5 days / week guaranteed.

They have all the equipment required to make your work efficient. NB. Contracting companies need not apply.
