Legal Assistant - Family

• Family Law Legal Assistant
• Supporting up to Partner level
• Salary up to $90k package

THE FIRM
This highly regarded specialist law firm based in South Yarra advises an on a full range of Family law matters whilst priding itself on providing a pragmatic and personal approach. The firm retains the principles of well-being and inclusion. Flexible working is available for the successful candidate.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be joining an established and collegiate team and will primarily be supporting a Partner, but also assisting a Senior Associate and a Junior Lawyer. The role will involve an exciting and varied caseload of legal and administrative work;

• Liaising with clients over email and telephone.
• Diary management.
• Preparing briefs to Counsel.
• Preparing and sending correspondence.
• General administration duties including file management.

ABOUT YOU
To be considered for the role, you will be a diligent and motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years experience within Family Law. In addition to this;

• High level of attention to detail with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality.
• A positive and motivated attitude towards work.
• Be able to work full time.
