About the Role

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging curriculum aligned with individual student learning needs
  • Create a supportive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Campus and teaching team to meet educational and wellbeing goals
  • Support vocational learning opportunities for students
  • Provide consistent feedback and reporting on student progress

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education and current QCT (Queensland College of Teachers) registration
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and inclusive practices
  • Passion for working with young people at risk of educational disengagement
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • A team player who thrives in a purpose-driven, collaborative environment
