A family owned service known for its nurturing, inclusive, and well-resourced environment are seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to lead their 22-place funded Kindergarten program , supported by two experienced assistants .

This is a full-time position with flexible, negotiable hours and generous conditions. You'll be part of a collaborative, values-driven service that prioritises educator wellbeing, professional growth, and work-life balance. About You

To be successful you will be a reflective professional who values connection, creativity, and collaboration. You believe in the power of play and are committed to helping children thrive in their transition to school. Applicants will hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), VIT Registration (provisional or full), current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates plus Child Protection Training .
