About the Role
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and inspire the Guest Services team while supporting the management team to ensure seamless, efficient operations every day.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the front‑of‑house and guest services team to maintain high standards of service.Oversee end‑to‑end booking administration and NDIS bookings.Execute funding requirements related to guest stays, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Provide financial reporting support by accurately processing accounts payable and receivable.Deliver exceptional guest experiences from inquiry through post‑stay feedback.Oversee daily guest services and operations at Sargood on Collaroy.Ensure bookkeeping and accounts are maintained to a consistently high standard.Coordinate trades and contractors onsite during business hours.About You
Essential Criteria
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a front‑of‑house role in accommodation, hospital admissions or a practice / clinic setting.Experience working with the NDIS.Demonstrated best practice in administration and customer service.Experience in month‑end reporting and days‑to‑days accounts receivable functions.Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.Proactive problem‑solving and ability to work in a team.Computer literate with intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.High standard of personal presentation and professional phone manner.Strong leadership skills to manage the Guest Services team.Desirable Criteria
Hotel reservation system experience (preferably Guest Centrix).Tour booking / travel desk experience.Experience in facilities management.Your Royal Rewards
