An exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Designer to deliver bold, imaginative design across a range of creative and lifestyle products, working within a dynamic studio environment. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of innovative brands that inspire curiosity worldwide.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will manage projects from concept through to finished art, ensuring design consistency and brand integrity across multiple formats. You’ll be hands‑on with art direction, packaging, and photography, while collaborating closely with editors, designers, freelancers and external vendors to deliver exceptional results.

You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same. From generating fresh ideas and briefing illustrators to mentoring junior designers and managing freelancers, you’ll bring creativity, organisation and commercial awareness to every project. Staying ahead of global trends and pushing boundaries will be second nature as you help elevate and innovate across all brand worlds.

You’ll have extensive experience in design and art direction, ideally within toys, fashion, FMCG or consumer goods. You’ll be highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, confident in managing multiple projects and stakeholders, and passionate about delivering market‑leading products. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire others are essential.
