Site / Project Engineer - Cairns

Our client is a respected high profile 2nd tier specialist Piling and Ground Engineering contractor with multiple Project Engineering opportunities throughout Queensland.

Due to the award of various new long-term projects stretching from Cairns to the Gold Coast they have immediate requirements for a Site or Project Engineer with a minimum 4+yrs civils experience who can demonstrate experience on projects including Piling, Shotcreting, Rockbolts, Anchors and Stabilisation .

However, if you do not have this specific experience but have experience in concrete, earthworks or infrastructure projects this would be advantageous.

In this positions you will be site based on a retention and slope stabilisation project in Cairns, this opportunity will be on a residential basis with accommodation and LAFHA supplied.

Due to our clients' current and upcoming workload this position is on a permanent employed basis and is an excellent opportunity for a Site or Project engineer for a long-term career opportunity in this specialist sector.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following :

• Degree educated in Civil Engineering or similar
• Queesland based
• Minimum 4+ yrs project experience in Ground Engineering, Slope Stabilisation, Anchors, Shotcreting, Piling - preferred but not essential
• Australian experience essential
• Civil project experience essential
• Must be able to communicate at all levels with above average computer skills with an eye for detail.
