As Senior Site Services Engineer, you will support the delivery of building services across complex commercial construction projects.

You'll work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to coordinate services from planning through to commissioning and handover, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and program requirements.

Key responsibilities include : Managing technical and engineering components across all project phases Coordinating drawings, samples, test reports, and compliance documentation Supporting and managing commissioning activities Ensuring services align with project timelines and specifications Maintaining accurate documentation and statutory compliance Supporting project close-out, including manuals, training, and maintenance planning About You

You're organised, detail-focused, and confident managing services on live construction sites.

You will have : Minimum 4 years' Australian construction industry experience or completion of a tertiary qualification in Australia Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline Demonstrated experience as a Site Services Engineer Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent problem-solving and time-management ability A strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement Role Requirements White Card National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain) Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain) Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing First Aid certification (desirable) Important Information

As projects include government, health, and education facilities, the ability to meet all pre-employment checks and clearance requirements is a condition of employment.
