Job description

1)Duty / Gaming Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee employees during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a productive work environment. This includes delegating tasks, providing guidance, and addressing any interpersonal conflicts that arise.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff, addressing customer complaints promptly, and implementing improvements based on feedback.
  • Coordinate daily operations, monitor efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This includes managing employee schedules and overseeing financial transactions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for resolving operational issues, ensuring that any problems are addressed quickly and effectively.
  • Regularly report to upper management about operational issues, employee performance, and customer feedback to help drive improvements.
  • Maintaining the gaming room.
  • Ensure all gaming licenses comply with the Gaming Licensing Accord.
  • Confirm machines are functioning properly and resolve any issues.
  • Check on patrons and assist with gaming problems.
  • Identify gambling issues and provide appropriate help.

2)Functions / Duty Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • Communicate, maintain, and develop a long-lasting relationship with clients.
  • Manage vendors or suppliers in a professional manner
  • Ensure that the cost of an event is well within the budget agreed with a client
  • Provide leadership and motivation to ensure synergy throughout the period of an event
  • Responsible for the successful running of an event
  • Ensure impressive and excellent customer service and quality delivery of projects
  • Coordinate the details of events such as weddings, birthdays, business meetings, anniversaries, etc.
  • 3)Chef

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Preparing and cooking dishes to meet the restaurant's standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Training and supervising new chefs and kitchen assistants in their section, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Contributing to menu planning and suggesting new dishes or improvements.
  • Assisting in managing food inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Monitoring and recording temperatures for fridges and freezers to ensure the freshness of ingredients.
  • Upholding high standards of quality at all stages of food preparation and presentation.
  • 4) Cook

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Cooks prepare ingredients and cook meals according to recipes, ensuring that dishes are delicious and presented well. This includes washing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
  • Follow menu items and execute dishes according to established standards, adjusting based on customer requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. This includes cleaning cooking equipment and ensuring proper food storage.
  • Work closely with other kitchen staff, including line cooks and sous chefs, to ensure timely and efficient food preparation during service.
  • Monitor food supplies and assist in inventory management, ensuring that ingredients are fresh and available for daily operations.

    5)Dish- Hand

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using dishwashing machines and by hand when necessary.
  • Kitchen Maintenance, ensure the kitchen area is clean and organized, including sweeping, mopping, and removing trash
  • Assist Chefs and cooks with food preparation with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, making salads, and assembling ingredients for meals.
  • Assist in unloading food supplies from delivery trucks and maintaining inventory control by organizing storage areas
  • Follow all sanitation policies and procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • 6)Bar Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels – hiring, terminations, maintain disciplinary documentation
  • Ensure all security incidents, accidents and near misses are logged investigated and rectified to prevent future catastrophes
  • Ensures the work area is ready for service with pre- and post-service checks completed
  • Engages in guests’ interaction in a sensitive and appropriate manner
  • Supervision and direction of bartenders and Glassies
  • Ensure standardisation and consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality
  • Monitor and control bar beverage stocks and ensure efficient use of products
  • Assist and direct wait staff when necessary
  • Encourage teamwork and communication with bartenders and wait staff.
  • 7) Restaurant Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
  • 8) Food and Beverage Attendant

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly manner.
  • Taking Order and serving food and beverage promptly
  • Preparing bills and processing payments
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
