The Role:
- Strategic & proactive management of key customers in Workplace Health & Rehabilitation
- Develop robust relationships with a focus on quality, exceptional service & growth of existing accounts
- Provide training & coaching to Rehabilitation Consultants to ensure SLAs & customer needs are being met
- Regularly engage with customers & other relevant stakeholders to promote services
- Balance of new business development, account management & overseeing service delivery
- Contribute to a positive team culture, working with operational team members to meet key deliverables
- Work closely with supportive & forward-thinking Head of Customers

The Ideal Candidate:
- Allied health professional with relevant professional membership (OT, PT, EP, Psych or RC)
- 2+ years' Workplace Rehabilitation experience in a Provider setting
- Demonstrated success developing customer relationships as an Account Manager, Customer Relationship Manager or similar
- Business development experience valuable
- Adept at engaging internal team members, providing coaching & training
- Personable & confident, with exceptional communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia
