The Company

We are on the hunt for switched-on Site Managers to join an impressive commercial fit-out business who have gone from strength to strength over the past five years.

With an impressive growing pipeline of upcoming work, this is a brilliant opportunity an ambitious Site Manager with experience in fast-paced projects in live environments to join a business that has created a brilliant place to work. You’ll have the opportunity to work across commercial office fit-outs and high-end retail projects with fast turnarounds, giving you the ultimate exposure to a great range of projects.

The Role

  • As a proactive Site Manager you’ll be responsible for driving all aspects of the project forward, including;
  • Programming, scheduling and forward planning.
  • Providing supervision, coordination and leadership to all trades.
  • Ensuring that OHS standards are adhered to on site.
  • Ensure that projects progress on time and to a high standard.

About You

  • Ideally trade qualified with a strong understanding of construction methodology.
  • Have a minimum of 5+ years in the role of Site Manager or Foreperson.
  • Proven track record in delivering new-build or fit-out projects, ideally in live environments with the complexities that brings.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
