What You’ll Be Doing
Create an exceptional store environment that delivers elevated customer experiencesOwn the store’s financial performance – drive KPIs, manage budgets, and deliver EBIT resultsLead daily operations including stock, visual merchandising, omni-channel sales and securityCoach, develop and motivate your team to achieve personal and team goalsEnsure compliance with policies, WHS and company proceduresAct as a true brand ambassador, upholding our valuesBuild a customer-first culture that fosters loyalty and sales excellenceAbout You
