Base pay range : A$120,000.00 / yr - A$150,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities :

• Lead the structural design and delivery of challenging, high‑rise and deep‑basement projects using advanced engineering software (ETABS, RAM Concept, etc.).
• Oversee design management, coordination, and technical reviews, ensuring robust engineering solutions from concept to construction.
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to interpret visions and deliver cost‑effective, practical outcomes that meet project requirements and the highest industry standards.
• Provide technical oversight, mentor junior engineers and drafters, and ensure compliance with National Construction Code, Australian Standards, and project‑specific regulations.
• Engage in project management activities, supporting feasibility studies, documentation, value engineering, and stakeholder presentations.
