We offer a variety of shifts across different facilities, giving you the freedom to build your own roster while making a genuine impact. ________________________________________ Essential Criteria ✔️ Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent ✔️ At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience ✔️ Reliable, registered and insured vehicle + valid driver's licence is advantage ✔️ Manual Handling and CPR certificates (current) ✔️ Current Police Check ✔️ NDIS Worker Screening Check ✔️ Genuine passion for providing high-quality care and improving lives ________________________________________ Desirable Attributes ✔️ Empathetic and patient with strong communication skills ✔️ Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team ✔️ Able to adapt quickly in dynamic care environments ✔️ Committed to ongoing professional development ________________________________________ Ready to Make a Difference?
