Job descriptionDVA compensation claims Commonwealth Superannuation (ComSuper) matters Retrospective discharge applications Incapacity and related entitlements Veterans\' Entitlements Act (VEA) Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Defence-related) Act (DRCA) Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act (MRCA) DVA decision-making Veterans\' advocacy DVA claims processing under VEA, DRCA and MRCA frameworks Ability to work independently from day one Proven capability managing complex, sensitive matters Strong technical judgment and legislative interpretation skills Immediate or near-immediate availability highly regarded Market-leading contractor rates or permanent salary for suitably qualified candidates Location-agnostic - roles can be based anywhere in Australia Meaningful work supporting veterans and their families
