      About The Opportunity

      As the Head Of Operations , You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the business, from client management and sales inquiries to production and team management.

      Some of your responsibilites will include :

    • Experience in the same or similar role with experience cabinet-making or joinery
    • Oversee sales inquiries and ensure all client needs are met with high satisfaction
    • Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and support as necessary
    • Coordinate production and installation processes to ensure timely and high-quality outputs
    • Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of materials and services
    • About You

      The successful candidate will have :

    • Previous experience in managing operations within a trade-based environment
    • Experience with design software such as Cabinet Vision or similar (Desirable)
    • Strong leadership skills, able to foster a collaborative and productive work environment
    • A qualified cabinet maker or joiner, with strong technical knowledge of cabinetry and joinery
    • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Solid understanding of business financials, including quoting, invoicing, and budgeting
