- Experience in the same or similar role with experience cabinet-making or joinery
- Oversee sales inquiries and ensure all client needs are met with high satisfaction
- Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and support as necessary
- Coordinate production and installation processes to ensure timely and high-quality outputs
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of materials and services
- Previous experience in managing operations within a trade-based environment
- Experience with design software such as Cabinet Vision or similar (Desirable)
- Strong leadership skills, able to foster a collaborative and productive work environment
- A qualified cabinet maker or joiner, with strong technical knowledge of cabinetry and joinery
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid understanding of business financials, including quoting, invoicing, and budgeting
