About the Role

We are seeking a native level Indonesian speaker with strong English communication skills to join our Medical Information team. This is a fully remote position based in Australia, supporting medical information services for leading global pharmaceutical clients.

You will respond to enquiries from healthcare professionals and patients via phone and email, providing scientifically accurate, compliant, and empathetic responses in line with client procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle medical information enquiries about designated products in a professional and timely manner via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Translate and review medical enquiries and documents between English and Indonesian with accuracy and context sensitivity.
• Identify, document, and report Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints in compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate and complete records in ProPharma’s enquiry handling system.
• Work closely with colleagues across the global Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance teams to ensure consistent service quality.
• Uphold confidentiality, data protection, and compliance standards at all times.
