RDM Pizza Australia is a leading manufacturer of pizzas, pizza bases and dough balls in Australia, supplying products to Food Service, Retail, Petrol and Convenience

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Office Administration All Rounder to join our team.

  • Position Summary

As an Office Administration All Rounder, you will work closely with the management team and provide essential support in various administrative tasks. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure seamless operations and efficient workflow
  • Assist in gathering and generating reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
  • Perform accurate data entries into relevant systems and databases
  • Provide assistance to the Production Manager in maintaining quality control standards
  • Handle customer service calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues
  • Manage transport bookings, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries
  • Assist in ordering production stock and maintaining inventory records
  • Successfully multitask between various administrative tasks as assigned
  • Requirements
  • Must be available to work on a casual basis
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 apps, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in an office administration or similar role is a must
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently to meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in a food manufacturing or wholesale industry is a plus
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands
