About the Role :
As a Clinical Nurse (RN / M2C) , you'll provide high-quality nursing services across diverse health settings, progressing from a competent to proficient practitioner through experience and / or further study. You'll take responsibility for your own practice standards, guide less experienced staff, and contribute to their development. While the role remains predominantly clinical, you'll also have the opportunity to take on portfolio responsibilities aligned with your career development plan, offering a clear path for growth and progression. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance your expertise, shape your career, and make a meaningful impact in mental health nursing.
The Registered Nurse (RN / M1) will be essential in delivering comprehensive, evidence-based, recovery-oriented mental health services, addressing the needs of consumers and the community. You will enhance your skills through continuous professional development while providing integrated care across community, acute, and rehabilitation settings. Using preventative, therapeutic, and evaluative approaches, you’ll engage in individual and family therapies, group programs, and health promotion initiatives. As you progress from novice to proficient practitioner, you’ll be accountable for your nursing standards and for activities delegated to others. Join us in making a meaningful impact in mental health care!
The Allied Health Professionals (AHP1 / 2) , Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and Social Workers, apply their clinical experience and specialized knowledge to deliver a comprehensive range of services tailored to the needs of consumers, their careers, and families.
