About the Role

We are on the lookout for a passionate Laser & Skin Therapist to join our dynamic team at Australian Skin Clinics this role youll deliver toptier care to our clients providing services from laser hair removal to advanced skin treatments.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting consultations developing personalised treatment plans and recommending products tailored to each clients unique needs. Our clients come first and its essential that every experience leaves them feeling confident cared for and eager to return.

What Youll Need to Succeed :

  • A Diploma in Beauty Therapy is required.
  • Proven ability to exceed individual sales targets and meet team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire motivate and build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while ensuring the highest level of clinic operations and client satisfaction.
  • Experience with medicalgrade devices such as Candela Laser and Body Contouring (preferred but not essential).
