Opulence Property Group is a boutique property management and advisory firm dedicated to providing a premium, hands‑on service to our valued clients in Brisbane and Toowoomba. With a carefully managed portfolio and a commitment to excellence, we provide a supportive and professional environment where attention to detail and client care are paramount.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Property Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a long‑term career in property management within a business that values quality over quantity and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior team members in the day‑to‑day management of a well‑serviced, boutique portfolio
  • Conduct property inspections, prepare condition and entry reports
  • Assist with tenant selection, lease preparation, and renewals
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with trades
  • Support the management of rental arrears and compliance matters
  • Provide clear and professional communication to landlords and tenants
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold legislative standards
  • Contribute to the delivery of an exceptional client experience

About You

  • A genuine interest in property management and the real estate industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Attention to detail with a proactive mindset
  • Familiarity with tenancy legislation (preferred but not essential)
  • Competent with using computer systems ( we currently use : PropertyTree, Inspection Manager, and Microsoft)
  • Certificate of Registration must be held at the time of application
