The Opportunity

Based in Eastern Creek, NSW, the Operations Supervisor will assist the Operation Manager in leading our operations team, focusing on driving client and customer satisfaction, promoting safety and well-being, and delivering financial and business growth. This role will be Full Time Monday to Friday between 1PM to 9PM. Some of the responsibilities as below.

  • Provide frontline operational and safety leadership to a team of 15 operators
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Manage and prepare detailed reports on all operational activities
  • Rostering of operators and maintaining equipment machinery requirements

About You

  • Proven experience in an operations or supervisory role, ideally within transport, logistics, or waste management environment is desirable.
  • Forklift, HR Licence and front-end loader ticket will be advantageous
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in staff management and scheduling, with a focus on safety and productivity.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively within internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
