About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Practitioner to become a pivotal part of our vibrant team. This opportunity offers the chance to make a significant impact in the lives of children and young people, providing them with the support and interventions they need to thrive. If you’re driven by a desire to contribute positively to your community and support foster and kinship carers in their vital roles, we’d love to hear from you.
The overall purpose of the Practitioner, Foster & Kinship Care is to recruit, train, assess and support Foster & Kinship carers to meet the individual needs of children and young people in out‑of‑home care (OOHC). The Practitioner will ensure that a targeted level of support is provided to all care placements, based on identified needs and program type.
Two Full‑Time Fixed‑Term Contracts (ending 30 / 09 / 2026) based in Caboolture.
