The Role

The successful candidate will become part of a proactive and committed team who are responsible for the provision of mine design and production scheduling services over the short- to medium-term planning horizon.

Responsibilities

• Provision of mine designs and schedules to satisfy business requirements over the short- to medium-term planning horizons
• Monitoring of ore blending requirements
• Reconciliation and delivery of mine performance and rolling schedules
• Mining production field guidance
• Adding value through continuous process improvement

About You

This role would suit a tertiary qualified Mining Engineer with an understanding of and exposure to a mining production environment and who is looking to gain exposure to mine planning. You will also have :

Past exposure to mine design and scheduling software
