Network Operations Service Delivery Lead (BAU)

andson Experience (Currently working as L3 Resource). Routing and switching (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) – Level 3. SolarWinds Orion – Level 1. Data‑center switches knowledge about Nexus switches – Level 3. Cisco ISE and DNAC – Level 3.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee delivery of network services to clients, ensuring adherence to SLAs, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Manage deployment, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and other devices : BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Spanning Tree, 802.1X.
  • Optimize network services for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Coordinate service requests, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to network performance.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients regarding network service delivery and issues; build and maintain strong client relationships; manage escalations; provide proactive communication on changes, updates, and maintenance.
  • Lead and manage a team of network engineers and support personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance management; allocate resources appropriately.
  • Oversee incident and problem management processes; analyze incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence; coordinate with security, server, and cloud teams.
  • Drive service improvement and optimization initiatives to reduce downtime and improve service delivery capabilities; apply best practices for design, monitoring, and incident management.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs; prepare and present regular service delivery reports to clients and stakeholders; track network availability, utilization, and capacity.
  • Collaborate with network architects and engineers to design and implement new solutions; support deployment and integration of new technologies; manage procurement and resource allocation for network services.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA); promote security best practices; lead change management for network‑related changes; review and approve configuration changes, upgrades, and patches.

Qualifications

  • L3 Experience (currently as L3 Resource).
  • Routing and Switching – OSPF, EIGRP, BGP – Level 3.
  • SolarWinds Orion – Level 1.
  • Data‑center switches (Nexus) – Level 3.
  • Cisco ISE and DNAC – Level 3.
