This high profile Federal Government Department is seeking a highly skilled APS3 Level 1 Helpdesk Officers to join their team

  • Your new role
  • The APS3 Level1 Helpdesk Officer provides assistance to internal stakeholders supporting a number of systems. The Key Business deliverables of an APS3 Level 1 Helpdesk Officer includes :

  • Troubleshoot enquiries and provide clients with resolutions.
  • Process system access requests
  • Take ownership of enquiries and monitor the progression through to the resolution.
