Part time Chef

$29.80 p/h + penalty rates + 12% Super

• 3 -4 days per week
• With penalty rates up to $43 per hour
• Located at the Sydney International Airport, Mascot

We are seeking an experienced chef to join our team in a prestigiousFirst Class/Business Class Lounge. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-end environment, providing exceptional culinary experiences for our exclusive clientele.

The Position

• Prepare and serve high-quality meals for First Class and Business Class passengers
• Work across all lounges, ensuring consistency and excellence in food preparation
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness
• Ensure attention to detail in every dish
• Be punctual and adhere to the roster schedule

The Person

• Certificate III/IV Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Proven experience as a chef, preferably in premium hospitality settings
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellence
• Knowledge of allergens and the ability to accommodate dietary needs
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to obtain an ASIC pass
