Our Opportunity

You will effectively manage and execute the end-to-end digital marketing program and communications for the Sussan brand. This involves successful implementation of digital channels including paid & organic social, display, affiliates, PR and influencer programs and optimising our campaigns for growth in revenue, traffic and customer engagement.

As part of our Marketing team, you will bring together your love of fashion and your hands-on digital marketing experience in this 12-month parental leave role. Leading our PR / Social Coordinator and working very closely with our Marketing Manager and wider team, you will have a strong understanding of social media, digital design and video content, along with prior experience working within a fast-paced team ideally within fashion retail.

As a true brand ambassador, you will ensure our Sussan brand values, purpose and messaging are appropriate at all times and through all internal and external communications when aligned with external partners or promoting community messaging.

This is a full time, 12-month parental leave contract position based in our Cremorne head office.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Brief designers on any assets required for digital channels
• Maintain the creative and brand messaging that appears across digital channels and customer journeys
• Monitor and provide weekly results on ad campaigns and digital channel performance
• Maximise revenue opportunities
• Build and implement roadmap for continuous optimisation
• Develop brand and channel appropriate content for all social media sites to grow followers
• Manage strategic PR opportunities with PR agency and develop key relationships
• Work closely with PR agency on any events including all communications, delivery of product samples
• Manage the content for paid online media campaigns together with Marketing Manager
• Work with digital agencies to deliver online media campaign assets
• Work closely with and lead PR / Social Coordinator
• Build effective internal and external relationships
