Salary: $130k- $150k + Super+ Leaseback vehicle

Our client, a local Council have an exciting opportunity for an innovative professional to lead the efficient and contemporary delivery of planning services while ensuring that this critical function maintains the professional capacity.
Situated In a central location for a regional lifestyle and great outdoor recreational activities, and is also only a few hours drive from Sydney.

About the role:
In the role of Development Manager you will:

• Lead the planning teams that deliver Strategic Land Use, Building Development and Development Planning across both urban and rural areas
• Be responsible for providing the Council with specialist and technical expertise with regards to the extensive range of Council planning services and legislative requirements.
• You will have a strong commitment to leading by example and maintaining a strong customer service focus across your teams, along with a commitment to genuine stakeholder engagement.
