The Role Our Perth team is looking for a driven Associate Civil Engineer to help grow our Perth Civil Engineering team.

In this key role, you'll lead the planning, management, and delivery of complex civil projects.

Key Responsibilities Deliver and manage detailed, high-quality civil designs across various projects, meeting client needs and expectations.

Resolve project issues and incorporate construction cost and practical considerations into designs.

Lead, mentor, and support a team of civil engineers and designers, including performance reviews and training.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the Civil Engineering team in Perth.

Paid Parental Leave scheme Key Criteria Bachelors in Civil Engineering Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), Engineers Australia 10+ years' experience in structural engineering Strong knowledge of Australian design codes and standards Proficient in producing detailed engineering drawings Solid understanding of construction methods and their design implications Commercial awareness and experience in managing design and contract risks Experience in writing tenders, leading projects, and client communication Business development mindset with a focus on growth If interested, please send an updated resume to
