Annual Reporting Delivery Manager

Location : Melbourne , Brisbane, Sydney

Description

This role is about the coordination of activity in support of the Annual Review process and the preparation of Annual Statements across our superannuation clients.

Job specification

• Ensure all year end annual review activities and annual statement activities are allocated and actioned within agreed time frames.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes and ensure all requirements are agreed and signed off.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency improvements.
• Consider outsource options where appropriate.
• Control all project activities on a day-to-day basis, delivering outcomes to expected quality, time and budget.
• Manage the financial performance of the annual review and annual statement program and its contribution to overall financial performance of the Operations team.
• Proactively identify and manage program issues and risks requiring support for resolution.
• Work as part of a distributed team to deliver the program outcomes
