Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities
1. Reviewing reports sending by auditors to make certification decision in ISO 9001, ISO
14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001. ISO/IEC 42001 and ISO 3700.
2. Planning and organisation of quality systems and certification processes within the
organisation.
3. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of quality systems and ensuring compliance with
internal and external standards.
4. Prepare monthly reports of certification, returned reports for review and improvements.
5. Monitoring work in progress and adjust processes to ensure goals are met.
6. Participate in auditing for witnessing auditors.
7. Designing, executing, and overseeing strategies, policies, and plans within their area of
responsibility.
8. Setting up and managing operational and administrative processes.
9. Managing the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
10. Updating the audit reports templates.
11. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement across all operational levels.

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of ISO standards
- Minimum of 5 years Quality Assurance Management experience
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in leading audits and compliance assessments
