Step into a dynamic role where you'll lead a passionate team of retail and seamstress professionals. You'll be at the helm, ensuring the smooth operation of the National Clothing Store Services, driving success across all aspects of the store, and making sure every detail aligns with contract requirements, Defence standards, and Ventia policies.

Enjoy a permanent full‑time position with excellent working hours : Monday to Thursday from 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm, and Friday from 7 : 30 am to 2 : 00 pm. Key Accountabilities

• Oversee the operational management of the allocated store site, including performance monitoring, compliance with Defence policy, and ensuring financial and commercial success.
• Lead a high‑performing team, ensuring service consistency across all sites and meeting contractual obligations.
• Manage service delivery for the Joint Logistics Unit (JLU), address issues, and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with Ventia and Defence stakeholders, foster a culture of customer and shareholder value, and promote a diverse, inclusive work environment.
• Uphold company values and policies, while actively participating in performance reviews and business improvement initiatives.
