Job descriptionPartner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and achieve targets through effective product selling. Assist customers in achieving their home vision, providing styling solutions, upselling and cross‑selling where appropriate. Coach and guide the retail sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Support day‑to‑day store operations, including rostering, financial performance, administrative tasks, recruiting and onboarding. Develop and implement strategies that maximise sales and customer service targets, driving overall store performance. 2‑3+ years of retail sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets. Strong commercial acumen and a results‑driven mindset. Ability to coach and motivate teams to deliver high‑quality service. Resourceful problem‑solving skills and a can‑do attitude. Balance customer care, team development, and administrative tasks. Interest in home styling or furniture is a plus. Physically capable of manual handling of products. A valid Australian work visa or citizenship.

Role Overview
The Assistant Store Manager is a dynamic retail leadership position. You will support the Store Manager in driving store performance, fostering a customer‑centric culture, and uplifting team capability. This role runs on a Tuesday‑Saturday roster.
