The Role :

Baptcare Heritage Manor , a Baptcare Residential Aged Care facility in Morwell 3840 , Victoria, is actively welcoming new residents and is offering casual opportunities for Personal Care Worker . We are looking for dependable candidates who can work flexible hours.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

• Listen to consumers and understand what is important to them and support them to achieve their goals
• Following the care plan, work to a planned schedule under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Record consumer outcomes into the appropriate Baptcare records
• Participate in the continuous improvement cycle at the home
• Build relationships with families and other agencies / stakeholders with the goal of improving life for consumers in care
• Report workplace risks to management
• Report consumer risks to management, including inappropriate behaviours or actions not aligned to our values
• Attend regular scheduled training to maintain your level of skill
