About The OPPORTUNITY

We have an opportunity for a IPS / ILS Supportability Engineering Team Lead to join our Maritime Sustainment business, working on the newest ship platform, the Hobart Class DDG naval ships. Reporting to the Engineering Assurance Manager, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your IPS / ILS (Integrated Product / Logistic Support) supportability engineering expertise and your people leadership skills. This key position will be offered on a permanent full time basis and will be situated at Garden Island (Potts Point), Sydney.

We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, including working a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working.
